Your business is very important to Salon Red and so is timeliness. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. I am strict about my cancellation policy and respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice to cancel/reschedule a regular appointment. For special services with a deposit, the policy is 72-hours or your deposit may not be refunded. With proper notice I am able to adjust schedules accordingly and accommodate clients on my waiting list. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Here is Salon Red’s general breakdown of cancellation fees:
• Less than 48-hour notice may result in a charge equal to 50% to 100% of reserved appointment(s)
• Less than 72-hour notice for specialty appointment may result in the loss of deposit and a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• ‘NO SHOWS’ may be charged 100% of service amount
As a courtesy to clients, I text and/or email to confirm your appointment time at least 48-hours prior to your appointment. If I am unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid penalty fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you are unsure.
I will always try my best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, I know! Your appointment is reserved for you and only you. Unfortunately, your tardiness can affect the remainder of my day by delaying me from waiting on clients who come in on time. I have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. After that time, I will call or text to check in on you. Depending on your service, I may have to forgo parts of it in order to remain within your allotted time. Always call if you even think you might be late. I would rather know in advance so I can best try to fit you in without upsetting the flow of my day.
I always wants you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me within five days of your appointment. I may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Issues reported more than five days from the date of service will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will not considered a redo.
I want you to be satisfied with your hair and products purchased from my salon. I will gladly give a store credit for product returns made within 30 days of purchase as long as at least 2/3 of the product is remaining.
Salon Red appreciates the convenience of cell phones. Please silence your ringer in the salon and do not use your speakerphone.
I am concerned about the safety of children in my salon. Children may NOT accompany clients while receiving chemical services. I want you to enjoy your Salon Red experience to the fullest. Please arrange for childcare during your appointment.
