Hello, I am happy you are here! I am Michelle Wysong Struck, a native of Beavercreek, with more than 20 years in the haircare industry. After I completed specialized training at the Graham Webb International Academy of Hair in DC, I further fell in love with the craft. Graham Webb prides itself on being a student-oriented academically rigorous academy that trains and mentors professional, world-class caliber cosmetologists and estheticians.

Upon graduation from Graham Webb, I worked at one of the top 200 salons in the nation. Things really got fun for me when another door opened. Wella and Alterna hired me to train across the United States. During this great journey, it was an honor to be part of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week for Ed Hardy in LA.

If you peruse Salon Red’s Yelp, Google, Facebook, and website reviews, you will find clients remark on how well they appreciate my thorough consultations in addition to the quality of my work. This is the core of successful relationships with my guests.

When not in the salon, I am usually hanging with my husband and five-year-old wild woman at the horse barn, local car shows or with our three dogs. This career gives me the opportunity to create a wonderful work-life balance so that I am able to give my best to Salon Red’s clients and my family.
